Welcome to Lycian Labs. By accessing our website or using our products (including Ample and future applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Subscription & Service Access

Lycian Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our products as a service. This access may be provided via one-off purchase or subscription basis and does not constitute a sale or transfer of title to any underlying software. Your right to access the services is contingent upon your compliance with these Terms and the maintenance of an active, paid account where applicable.

2. Intellectual Property & Closed Source

All content, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the services provided by Lycian Labs are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All such materials are the property of Lycian Labs. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive source code from any Lycian Labs product.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Lycian Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

Lycian Labs' products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lycian Labs disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services or any AI-generated content will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Lycian Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the services, even if Lycian Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Service Availability & Termination

Lycian Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a permanent closure of the company or termination of a product, Lycian Labs is not obligated to provide refunds for any remaining subscription periods or past purchases, except where required by applicable law. All sales are final.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate or rely on third-party providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, AI models, payment processors). Lycian Labs does not control and is not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts to resolve any dispute.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
